I had to trim the bottom of my doors to get them to fit after they jacked up the foundation (45 years of settling...), so yes, it would probably need to be squared up by a pro. I don't know if you'd need a custom door, though. From what I found out from Lowes is the sizer comes out for an appointment, does all the measuring, THEN you go in and pick a door and schedule it to be installed. Like I would know that from having so many doors installed on my one home :P
